Established in the 1980s, Apia Lua Limited began with a strong foundation in civil works and construction. In 2009, we expanded our capabilities to include building construction, strengthening our ability to deliver a comprehensive range of construction and infrastructure services. Today, we continue to build on this foundation of experience, delivering quality projects and dependable services across Samoa.
